e92 m3 orange interior lights dont work anymore

hi guys, my shift knob doesn't light up orange anymore, the orange strips on the door don't light up anymore, and the steering wheel buttons don't light up orange anymore, does anyone know why this happened or has had this problem. the car had aftermarket led but i took them all out, how can i fix this and get them to work again. thanks everyone

did you check your fuses?

Yeah im gonna take it in soon just trying to fid some tim, and yeah i checked the fuses and they all are good so idk whats up.
