SATURDAY: 1-series Meet in Torrance/Harbor City & PALOS VERDES Drive AFTERWARDS
TOTALLY INFORMAL:
Hey folks... for those driving ENTHUSIASTS and any1 with a 1 near the South Bay, let's meet up at SIMPSON RACING PRODUCTS this Saturday (11 a.m. - NOON). If you have time, we'll do a magnificent 1.5 hr drive/coffee break afterwards. SIMPSON is having a HUGE SALE (plus year-end clearance) on all their racing products. *** Plus FREE hot dogs and food around lunch time. *** The store actually opens at 9 a.m. Their website is: http://www.simpsonraceproducts.com/p...=index&sPath=1 ADDRESS: 1405 W 240th Harbor City, CA 90710 (Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with Simpson in any way. I just live nearby... in Torrance.) *** Around 12:30 p.m. I'll lead a 25 mile drive around BEAUTIFUL Palos Verdes... some winding roads, magnificent ocean views, and 2 pit stops... TRUMP INTERNATIONAL GOLF COURSE and the BEST VIEW from a Starbuck's in California! *** |

Who will make it? Reply here; otherwise, I'll only stay until noon. If you need/want a driving helmet or shoes, here's a good opportunity to get prepared before your next track event. |

We can all take one step closer to being the Stig.
I believe there's a meet this Saturday going to Neptunes, so it's bad timing. http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19042 |

Since no 1 has responded here... perhaps I'll cancel and just head to Malibu, too. I know a sweet drive back via ENCINAL CYN to MULHOLLAND, LOS VIRGENES, then up PIUMA and down TUNA CYN. |

Post up a google map of the route in the Neptunes thread.
If it's not raining, you'll probably have a good amount of followers. Decker canyon is really nice too, it's been repaved. As did latigo canyon. Tuna might be a little tight |
