Messed up headliner

The headliner on my 2014GC is completely disconnected and hanging down touching my head when I drive. Is there a way to fix this without replacing/removing it? All input welcome.

I would assume that the design of the headliner in an F chassis 6 series is no different than the headliners used in the past decades...so a simple google search using the phrase "bmw headliner hanging down how to fix" should give you some results that probably include videos.
