Valve seals usually more "active" at startup or pull-away after idling.. If smoking under deceleration in gear, it is likely something with the crank case ventilation.

Check these valves (item 1) in the crank case breather lines. The other possible cause can be the oil separator in the valve cover.

I would recommend you to pull both intake pipes out to see if there is any oil going into your intake first. The ones after the intercooler going into the intake. If it’s soaked with oil then you can at least know it’s not your valve stem seals. Your problem can narrow down to either pcv system, your turbos or your engine ring causing blowby.
