If you do not have power you will need to run the screw in from below the car as has been posted.
If you do have power, but the engine can't start: try to start it. While it's cranking hold lever in N position. When it alarms with an issue put it into N again. I guess non US models you can pull the cup holders out and release it with a hex key. Some have said if you energize the taps in the engine with a booster pack it will allow you to go into N, but i'm not sure of that one. What a pain. You can also pull the fuse to the fuel pump to electronically put the transmission in neutral following the procedure in the video above (this will prevent the engine from starting).
You can also see the instructions in text below that the video is probably showing (I didn't watch this particular video...so I'm presuming it does).
