My wife does Bikrum Yoga 4 times a week. She's unbelievably flexible now. I'm all for it. She does say that the dudes in her classes are for the gays.

When done with the right instructor to guide you, this can be the most intense workout you've ever done. I think I only sweat more when distance running on a hot day. The mental relaxation, combined with the physical strength is WELL worth being called gay by those who have no clue.

I don't do yoga but also don't think it's gay. We usually only see women do it but it's not gay per se if a man does it. It's kinda like being metrosexual- it's not really gay, just a little off.
