I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find a forum for E53 X5 users
Does one exist?

On Bimmerpost, the E53s are old enough (1999-2005) that they fall under the "classic" section. You might find an E53 section on Bimmerfest though.

Xoutpost.com would be your best bet.

Bimmerforums and Bimmerfest also have subforum for the E53.

Agree with XMetal. Xoutpost has a very active E53 forum. They started out when the E53s were current generation. I actually came over from there. They don't have much traffic for newer models but lots of info on the E53s.
