Performance Center Delivery closed in Greer for the rest of 2023

FYI:

I was considering a new BMW order with PCD pick up in Greer. Upon checking, the dealer got a response from BMW that stated the following;

"Due to construction projects taking place at the BMW Performance Center, deliveries will be limited during December 2023. Therefore, Performance Center Delivery Reservations are currently paused since we have already reached capacity for this year. The ability to submit a reservation will resume at a later date, once construction is completed."

I mean, this title is definitely misleading. It's not closed but it is already booked up.
