650i gc with nightvision parts
I have been looking for a long time now for solutions about my front grille and side markers to be in gloss black however I do have night vision as well as the m-sport package on my 2014 650xi gc.
So far I have only found this front grille but it is insanely overpriced and contains the m6 logo which I don't like because I'm not trying to be that guy with m logo's all over my base model (https://ind-distribution.com/product...ont-grille-set) Does anyone know of any other sellers that have a good quality front grille in gloss black and fits night vision? I have also found these side markers and while they fit my model I was wondering if side markers have night vision components with them? I also believe my car is pre lci as it started it 2015 (https://ind-distribution.com/collect...ide-marker-set) Also looking for cheaper versions but that price isn't terrible. |

Night visions exterior parts only affect the front grill where the camera is located within the left grille.
The LCI also had the front side turn indicators move from the fender trim to the side mirrors. The pre LCI has 10 slats…the LCI only has 9 slats (plus they have a slightly different design).

I think I’ve seen a thread here about someone modifying a grille to install the night vision camera. If I come across it I’ll post it here.

I think there have been about three threads on this topic in the last year or so. I think I may have suggested in one that modifying was doable, although I've never seen anyone do it. If you have the proper tools I think it would be possible to cut the camera mount off one grill and glue/plastic weld it to another grill. Depends on your skill level. The camera itself is also held on by a long screw from above, so the modified grill would not have to bear the whole weight of the camera.
