What does the BMW NA survey do
Haven't done a -paid- service at the dealership in quite some time but did a paid oil change....(I know not required, I'm a Dino. Don't mind getting break in oil out)
Anyhow, got both a text from the GM SA saying would be appreciated if I respond to the survey I might get in the next 2 days.... And lo and behold, got a survey via email. Since this is a paid repair and not a in warranty(reimbursed service from NA to dealer), just curious....what incentive is there back to the dealer on this survey |

Customer satisfaction = additional money from BMW to the dealership. Not for your oil change, but periodically depending on overall customer satisfaction on the surveys.

The Service Advisor is also rated based on the survey results. Bad ratings and they could get fired.
