Well back in the day when I had my E34 M5 one couldn't buy a M badge from the MD without first showing them your log book, having said that the first thing I did when I bought it was to remove the M badges...M cars were stealthy (apart from the E30) back then

If the factory puts them on, they're not fake. If you add it after the fact, it's fake. Them's the rules.

LOL! Just noticed the park and wait sign is for a liquor store. Lazy drunks!

In all fairness, the driver of that “M” car put themselves in the worst spot. In my neck of the woods no one uses those spots for curbside pickup. The spots get used as regular parking so there is a lot of turn over since they are up front. Then you have to contend with the rouge shopping carts like the one seen in the photo. So I’d say it’s a high risk, low reward parking spot.
