I'm a Bay Area person so I might be bias, but I always though Jerry Rice had a lock on GOAT as a receiver.

Now I read that Randy Moss thinks that spot is his.

Growing up watching Jerry Rice and also watching Moss and Owens, all I can do is LOL. We all know the answer to the question
