Back when they released this concept, there was no S58, but was the release year for B58

I know, that's why it should be S58

Easy to swap for a better one, not that B58 is not good....it actually got named 2020 best engine of the year award winner

I actually LOVE this version of the bigger kidneys. Here they actually look great if you ask me.

Also, how did this woman get this popular and get so many followers? Seriously, how?

I absolutely love this car. From day one. It's badass, dramatic, bold, and what the 4 series should look like.

Those crazy fenders, the crazy wing, the awesome stripes, everything we wished the M2 CS would get and didnt.

This car is so badass. The grill smaller than 4 series concept is a small improvement, but would rather some other design. I cant say I love the exhaust note, but it's grunty so that's cool

The original inspiration, the 3.0 CSI, has to be among the most aesthetically pleasing and better performers (in the context of its era) in BMW's history. This concept would align well with BMW heritage.

Sadly, that was a different car, delivered by a different company.

Not certain what BMW stands for now? German Prius? Lexus alternative (just less reliable)? Turbo bro car of choice?

This is industry leading innovation! Not sure why bmw doesn't have at least one or two exclusive M cars like this. Instead of taking a bland base model, adding more power and making it look a bit more aggressive and calling it an entirely new model.

BMW is too concerned with profit it seems. The new CEO's main goals are electrification and continuing to increase revenue and sales, thus why he's cancelling low volume models and shortening some model's lifecycles. Despite many rumors and statements that the M team would like to make a standalone M product similar to that of the idea behind the original M1, the new CEO has made sure to emphasize he has no time for enthusiast specials such as M Wagons or a supercar/performance vehicle to rival the R8, AMG GT, etc. The closest product we have to a halo or super/performance car from BMW is the i8, which other than being a tech and manufacturing marvel, has in all honesty, failed, and the closest rumor we sadly have to a standalone M vehicle is the X8, an SUV

I want to see how the hood opens! And the side pipes look good too but that rear defuser would look great with some quad-tips as well.

Sad but true, I'm just hoping for a good answer from BMW to challenge the Mercedes AMG GT 73

I can definitely see that transpiring. Motorsport is part of BMWs heritage. Sad to see the heritage fade away like that. Such iconic and unique cars that made BMW what it is today. I know the future is electrification, but I can't see that being as standard as combination for at least another 10-15 years or so, making these cars even more special.
