Anymore info on this - r we going to see this replacing the N63 across the board, or do you think bmw will hold on to it only for the "premium, sporty" models, i.e. 6er,x6
Likewise, what about the tuned "_40i" n55? I could see a marketing strategy employed here to raise the premiums on the 4er,6er,x6, etc...

Im sure this will first be seen in the 650 GC as the GC is rated at 450hp as recently released on the German BMW website. Eventually it will make its way to the 650 and perhaps the 550 as an lci update.
We'll have to wait to read the technical specs, but it may be similar to the S63 vs the S63tu updates on the X5M vs M5 engines.
