Bmw key fob!!!

As stated need a helping hand with my key fob, non of the buttons work to lock or unlock the car, the central locking button in the car works perfectly for all doors same as opening with the key blade all doors open as should, i have had a new key made and programmed by a local automotive locksmith woth still no joy i dont know what software he uses but he said there are no faults in the car 🤦 i have also changed the diversity antenna with no luck checked all the fuses i have also checked the loom running to the diversity antenna with no joy

Anyone else had this problem?? I need to fix this 😂😂

I have a brand new key fob, another has a new battery and then another key tat cant change the battery 🤦🤦😂😂

Car battery or fob battery? Iv had the car battery charged on a trickle charge for 2 days even though there was no signs of it being low

are you sure the diversity is the antenna for the key? i thought on e8x/e9x the antenna is inside the rearvierwmirror ?!

Its a black box just under the middle brake light on the e84

i know what the diversity looks like... but the antenna for the keys is inside the rearviewmirror wich is located at your cars windscreen...

When my key fob started acting up, it was a sign the main car battery needed changing.

Some people say yes and some people say no about the rear view mirror 🤷🤷🤷

so checked wiring diagram .. antenna is in the diversity...
diversity is located in the trunklid?! if Yes .. check Harness for brohen wires in the rubbergrommet between trunklid and body.. wire for key signal is blue/white

Thanks for looking for me, have also checked the wiring and all seems fine no broken wires also checked blue and wire with a tester and when oressing buttons on the fob it picks up and tester starts beeping so all fine there

Could you send me the wiring diagram for the diversity please? Maybe i could chase thw wiring back to see where it goes and test more

UPDATE!!!! after playing around with a launch diagnostics today this is what comes up anyone have an ideas of these?? Would it be pointing at car battery being weak??
