powerful RS7 beats M6 but the drive is not as good.

Of course it's going to lose. It was a wet day out, and with the RS7 packing AWD and crazy torque, it can edge out the M6 on both grip and acceleration. The fact that they still chose the M6 GC on a rainy day shows how great it is

the road was wet in a drag race, AWD beats RWD is weather conditions like that. Plus bmw puts more engine limits than Audi. Audi tries to make smaller engine with greater power, to do that, Audi's ECU is not as detuned. I'm waiting for Dinan ecu tuning to unlock max power my car has, while remaining the warranty.

Conclusion:

You sure about that? Might want to look at the stage 1 software that APR released yesterday for the RS7

I just don't understand why these Ms are always being tested on wet land vs awd cars.

Guy talking

Is the guy talking, doing the powersliding.

He is very mono tone with a dull voice, even when powersliding around a bend???

Would not recommend power sliding on a public road - that is just insane.

RWD will always be more fun to drive than road going AWDs (not including rally cars). I have never heard GT-R and Fun to drive in the same sentence either.

Audi always win in 1/4 mi drag because of traction. Now add some more distance to that race and bmw will win everytime.

BMW fanboy: "Why can't we just test BMWs in a closed environment, domed test track with no source of weather or variability. Then we'd see how great they are."

Please, if they can race F1s in the rain, you can test an M6 in the rain.

Complaining about the weather is weak.

The M6 is a great car.

I live in the northeast and I've got 4 inches of snow and ice to deal with today. So if I had both cars in my garage, the RS7 would get the nod today.

Im glad I can appreciate cars from every brand and not just ones that have a BMW logo on them.

Because in England it rains most of the time. So there probably doing it on a set day of filming. Overall it's fair I. Or rowed a rs5 and it's the same blistering ly fast good traction. Lacks soul. You cart put a price for loving the car vs liking its competence.
