I believe in the butt dyno. I modified my 996 Turbos and 997Turbos never put them on the dyno but was a claimed 80-90 HP gains from what I did. I will tell you they went from fast to downright scary, didnt need the dyno, although I used GIAC for my Porsches with Cargraphic Export exhaust and there were plenty of substantiated dyno runs...But I didnt need them I just had to plant the gas peddle, four wheels spinning in an AWD 911 Turbo is serious enough, plus in my 997 Turbos you could track the boost and was making way more lol

I've been using BMS products for over five years and have always had a great experience. The products plus outstanding customer service is second to none. I can't wait to see what they release for the M3/M4.

PedalBox is a very interesting tune, makes the pedal way more sensitive. Had it on my 750, car felt very very fast. I'll try it on M6 when it gets dry out.

Haha, my local BMW dealership installed BMS for me I'd never try to hide it from them, we're in a good relationship; that's why I asked about the warranty before letting them install it.

That's some good stuff wish it was like that everywhere. I have a good relationship too but I feel if its up to me or their job I believe they will leave me hanging.

From what I've seen, the "PRESS-TUNE" you actually loose HP proven on the dyno at EAS dyno day on both F10 M5's by 10-15hp.

How would you lose hp by adding 2.5-4 psi?

I've seen it done live on my friends cars at a dyno day meet and immediately had them removed.

My stock competition package M6 would pull 4-5 cars on a press-tuned M5.

This was done many times one race after another.

mr-karim - Have you actually dynoed your car before & after the tune + mods?

That really would have helped alot IMHO.

Anyone/Comapanies not trying to point fingers can easily modify a dyno chart graph to claim more hp than it really puts out for marketing, business etc.

Keep in mind when you dyno a car the following things come in to play: weather, type of dyno machine, how accurate & up to date the software they're using.

I recently dynoed my 2014 BMW M6 "Competition Package" which claimes to have +15 more hp than a regular M6.

562 rwhp / 496 lbs tq on a Dyno Jet "completely stock"

Recently I did the charcoal delete + full Castro GT Race exhaust that is proven to produce the most hp for the new M6.

I'll dyno in the next few weeks to a month to see the difference it made in power.

Then I'll dyno again w the AMS catless downpipes next!

Ordered the pedalbox for my m6.
Previously had one on my f01 750xi, loved it! Makes the pedal way more sensitive, saves a bit of gas, and fully keeps the warranty.
I'll post a review when it's installed.

Highly Recommended!

I also got mine here: http://www.motivemods.com/DTE-System...x-p/dte-pb.htm

Model: 10423702 (for all BMW's)

Are you gonna dino your car pre and post the pedalbox?

Kidding aside, don't our cars have 3 modes for throttle response? Have you confirmed that the pedalbox would make the car's throttle even more responsive than sport plus or whatever our most aggressive mode is called? Thx

It doesn't add any power, but it makes the pedal super sensitive (way more sensitive than mode shift mode 3). I had one installed on my f01 750xi, car felt faster than it was, I'd love to try it on my m6.

Here is a little intro video

And here is the video of my 750 (In the video, I am pressing the pedal about 3-5% down(apprx 1-2cm))

Around $ 120 I would say.
I am also going to power coating my rims and add spacers on it once it is lowered with ACS springs.
