Does anyone sees anything suspicious in this ad from ebay?

For some reason, none of the BMW dealer in Virginia can match this deal

with 7 MSD of 1000 , this price should be possible. I would contact this dealer, without msd's it is coming out to 1010 + tax in my calculation.

What is msd? 7 /1000?

msd's are multiple security deposits. It is money you give to BMW at the start of the lease in order to bring down the money factor (interest rate). At the end of the lease you get whatever you gave them back.
