Yes I am, sketchy neighborhood as in the "wholesale district"? Good thing is we're not in an auto mall next to any other dealers which gives us a huge advantage in sales w out having people come in to kick tires.
Nothing from stopping us from being Rated #1 BMW Service Department in the US Nation though
