IX3 adaptive suspension vs adaptive m

Hi

I have the ix3 m sport pro with adaptive suspension, this is listed on the spec sheet.

On the connected store I can purchase adaptive M suspension for £399.

I guess the question is, what does this give me over the standard adaptive I already have?
