Perfect... I've managed to get hold of it using the VIN for the car I had as a test drive...

I wish you well when you read it. BMW manuals are not an easy read.

I’m having the same problem I think I need to get hold of a number.
I will have to get the Vinnumber from a test car

Google "ix3 VIN" and you'll find some hits for both the pre-lci and lci

Thanks I tried that but didn’t get very far.
What I did do was to do a search for vehicle recalls and found the BIN numbers from there. https://www.vehicle-recall.co.uk/make/BMW/iX3
