Do They Have to Make Things So Difficult?

I failed miserably to sign up to a maintenance plan on the BMW UK website: the CONFIRM did nothing when clicked (Safari web browser). I sent a polite email to BMW pointing out the problem with their website and I was hoping for a ‘thank you it is now fixed’ response but all that I got was an email address for EMAC. I emailed EMAC and, three days later, I got a quote back for the plan.

I called EMAC and they couldn’t locate my quote on their system so CS had to start again. Everything was dealt with over the phone and my documents arrived by email this morning. On checking the documents, my car was listed as an X3. I emailed EMAC asking for the document to be amended. The answer came back that iX3 is a sub model of the X3 but this doesn’t show when a PDF is produced but it is there on their computer!
