Why only getting 30kwh?

Hopefully a quick question but I'm at a BP pulse that says it's 150kwh but only charging at 30 ? What am I missing ?

Should also add that whilst I'm supposed to be able to do this through the BMW app with the BP pulse subscription this particular chargepoint doesn't show on the app so I had to pay with a credit card

BP pulse is fast becoming the most unreliable network in the UK imho. But should get 50kwh at least if its a rapid one, assuming it is if you have used contact less. Odd! Had a look in th bmw app to see if its reported any charge issues?

Yes it's rapid for sure. No messages or issues anywhere

Very strange, should only slow down the charge rate after 80% and then again at 90% the way I understand it, ask dealer maybe?

Oh, just a thought, was it a dual head charger and someone on the charger with you at the same time? The chargers share total amp age between the two sides.
