Hi All

Have any of you received the flexible fast charger, or have any knowledge of delivery dates of it. It seems that it is supposed to be included with the car in several EU countries. And that those taking delivery of an iX3 in some countries are given a voucher for 400€ to cover the price of the charger.

In Denmark the charger is not mentioned as being included, and the dealer knows nothing. So I'm wondering what you have been told, and if anyone have knowledge about the availability? I'm guessing the semiconductor-shortage could play a part in the delay.

Took delivery a month ago in Norway and i only got the old charger (Yellow cable) and a type-2 cable 3-phase 11kwh

Not heard anything about a flex charger, whats the max output of this thing?

Same here in Sweden.
In my case I already had a 3x16A wall charger installed so I didnt really ask for anything else.

I got a voucher, before delivery of the vehicle, with either a 400 EUR discount on a BMw wallbox or the flexicharger free of charge.

I assume it to be the same in most countries ?

It is a mobile charger, with interchangeable power connectors for schuko, CEE etc. with a max output of 11KW. Much like NRGKick and the likes. Seems like it's included in e.g. Germany, Belgium and Holland, but no mention of it in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, as far as I can tell. I have challenged my dealer on the topic, but he has no knowledge of availability, price, delivery date or whether it's included with the car (in Denmark)

I thought it would be nice to find out, before buying another charger. It would come in very handy at the cottage.

I got the car with two Type 2 cables. I have my own 3ph charger installed.
I am tempted to look for a second hand Granny Charger when out on holidays as emergency backup.

So no voucher, no charger nothing here in Holland
