Pre-LCI Xenon to Pre-LCI LED was a supported BMW retrofit (Europe Only).
This is the part number 63132221099
These are the parts in the kit

1 61122219979 Retrofit cable set, LED headlight 1
2 61131367599 Cable tie L=200MM/B=3,6MM 10
3 61136917401 Fuse Mini, yellow-brown 5A 2
4 01292221143 Installation instructions 1
5 63117255731 ZB li flk LED LL ECE 1

Cars with SA 524 Adaptive cornering light don't need much wiring Just 1 pin change (pin 7) on each light to provide power then you tap trunk fuse box.
If you don't have adaptive lights you have another pinout on each light to FRM.
Of course you know coding is involved, before plugging in the lights
remove SA 524 and add S522 VO code all needed modules.
There may or may not be a need to teach in lights with ista+
Instructions from BMW say use ista

"Carry out a vehicle test using the ISTA system and note or work through any entered error memory.
- Change in the ISTA/P car programming
- Select the "LED headlights" retrofit via the – Conversion – path and work through the created action plan
- If using ISTA/P, please note the instructions in the ISTA/P application documentation
- Check the function of the LED headlights"

The retrofit harness is still sold by BMW dealerships in Europe.
This place sells it in norway

Says 20 days...I got the harness in a week. Harness includes fuses. The were also nice enough to pull the instructions from the BMW aftermarket portal. I attached it here

You could save money and just buy 14gauge wire and tips

I have not attempted this yet as the difficult most expensive parts are LED lights. Plenty on Ebay, in various conditions, most with no modules. Waiting for the right deal. Its low priority for me right now.
