21" guys, help a brother out...

Gents I'm in desperate need of new wheels for my 640i gran coupe. Mine came with the 19" M351 wheels and they aren't cutting it. I want to get 21s. I want to run an aggressive fitment without rubbing or messing with the fenders. I have h&r sport springs waiting to be installed as well.

I am thinking 21x9 et25 fronts and 21x10.5 et34 rears is the lowest offsets I can get away with without rubbing based on my research. If this setup will work can I get away with 35/30 series tires, I really don't want 25 series in the rears...
