from what I understand is that the door windows are frameless, so the electric door release button allows the window to drop a bit to eliviate the chance of damaging the window when opening and closing the door...the mechanical handle won't lower the window and could cause damage. That is why I try to remember to tell new passengers how to open the door properly...most of the time they just pull the lever as it is more instinctual than pressing a button

Not really, my former E85 has frameless windows, and automatically drops down as well when opening the door regardless if the top is down or up, and fairly certain it is a cable

It's the same in our CLK cab, pull the internal door release handle and the window drops a bit to clear the door seal and the rear window goes backwards half an inch.

And using hydrogen fuel in a conventional internal combustion still does not get around the main issue with ICE which is combustion efficiency (i.e. waste heat) between 40% - 60%.

You're absolutely right, a lever on the passenger side floor to open door in case of electrical failure and it's imperative to read all the safety info in the handbook.

Cloud seeding was one of the attributes of HAARP - they seed the atmosphere and then super heat the ions for the desired effect. If you're looking for them to admit they do weather manipulations VIA Google and Wikipedia, you're going to have a rough time
