Bootmod3 Not supported?
Hey guys,
I have purchased a bootmod3 for my 2013 BMW 650i gran coupe. After several I failed installation attempts I decided to contact Protuning freaks and see if they could help. After a live screen session they told me that my vehicle might not be supported. Anyone here had same issues? Or is running bootmod3 on same year engine? Thanks |

Edit: sorry just saw you're a gc. Then yes you're a TU and yes you're supported.

Mine failed a few times and not sure what I did but it finally took. I know thats not particularly helpful just know that I was definitely in this situation and it eventually worked after flashing it a few times.

I wasn't even able to get to tuning part of the process. The OBD agent just would not connect at all. Guys from ProTuningFreaks tried to troubleshoot through live session but no luck. Obd would detect the vehicle and the connection but wouldn't get to the next step.
