Calibrate cameras

I have error codes from three cameras. They all work and the errors reappear if I clear them. Anybody have any clues how to get rid of them. Ie have the cameras "calibrated"?

See below from Bimmerlink:

06 Allround-view camera
3 errors
800B98: Top view camera left not calibrated
800B97: Top view camera right not calibrated
800B99: Rear view camera not calibrated

I don’t think this is possible without BMW ISTA/Rheingold. See instructions below:

Ok, too bad! Can I perform this myself (with an OBD cable and a properly rigged laptop) or do I need to get a shop do it?

Yup if you get a cable and software you can run the diagnostic. It may require some calibration cards to train in the cameras though.

Take it to a Safelite shop and ask what they charge to recal cameras.

Just had a new windshield put in two weeks ago. Safelight tech couldn't get the calibration tool to connect to the system, took it to their shop, the same thing happened. Took to dealership last week (at safelight's dime) and they said that for the past couple months all of safelight's replacements were coming in to get calibrated.

Must have been a local issue. Mine came out fine.
