New Shoes!

The wheels arrived on time and BNIB as represented! And here they are! They feel great. I'm pretty sure I bought the car (used) with bent wheels, because it never felt this good. Having a little trouble getting used to the not chrome, though.

nothing like stock wheels. no shakes vibration or messing around with aftermarket extras. Stokes in Santa Monica is the only place on west side that does a true RF balance, money back. They do the bimmers that BMW Santa Monica can't figure out lol Good luck enjoy the ride

enjoy

Thanks, JB! I think they look great too. When I first got the car, I drove about a thousand miles before I replaced the runflats with Michelin All Seasons. What a difference!

I always loved those wheels. My F10 550 had a very similar style. I'd like to put a set of your new wheels on my Carbon Black M850. Although I think the bolt pattern won't work anymore.

I can't figure out why I like your car so much. Just can't put my finger on it. Seems like its gotta be more than just the color. I dunno.

I put on an aftermarket set of wheels. There is a tiny vibration, can't make it go away. Just like LA640WS says: nothing like stock wheels.

Thanks. I never realized that the F06 and G16 have such a similar silhouette.

I almost pulled the trigger on this beauty in Dec '16. It was in the showroom for over 6 months. They finally marked it down over 20k. Then I looked inside. I don't remember the full spec, but the leather color was awful and the trim wood was hideous - big time clash. I drove it anyway (over 20k off!!). Couldn't do it. Went with the new M550. Carbon Black, of course. But, now I finally have a car that looks like it.

What size is the “hub bore” on a 650i gran coupe I’ve been looking it up but I keep getting different answers! I’m looking for new rims for the rear and some offset help would be nice please and thank you!

The f06/f12/f13 six series have a:
  • 72.56mm wheel hub center bore
  • 5x120mm wheel bolt pattern

The wheel hub/center bore for the F chassis 6 series is the same as most 5/6/7/8 series during the 70s/80s/90s/00s with the e39 5 series being the oddball with its larger 74.1mm wheel hub/center bore.

The debut of the G chassis and some 2019/2020 F chassis BMWs (if they were a new gen model) is the start of the 66.6mm wheel hub/center bore and 5x112mm wheel bolt pattern.
