Insurance might be an option as I have a $0 deductible on comprehensive coverage. Phone call tomorrow... Still have major urge to "rake" him thru the court system though

I agree, people just let it go and don't hold them accountable.
I'll probably have a hard time letting this one go since they were dicks about it.

By the way OP you should be contacting the BBB and also the automotive Bar. The BAR will open a case and pay a visit to the Eurocharged, based on their report which will be in your favor according to your side of the story, their report will also help you win the small claims case and recover your funds, and the funds for all of this nonsense you had to deal with after they damaged your car, easily 3x over what you paid for the repairs.
Yep - BBB was next on my list. I did find an "Ohio Board of Motor Vehicle Repair" - didnt even know it existed. Hopefully I can file a complaint there. Thanks for the tip!

Frankly I don't see why they're so resistant. $800 isn't an amount of E&O insurance claim for a company to drop your coverage. That's what I would do as a business owner knowing that I already lost the customer in my efforts to correct it myself, at least I can make sure I can make people whole and not have people pissed off at my negligence.

It's about accountability man. I'm going to make sure my employees are accountable and that I am accountable
$25 more for sheriff to deliver

I know - makes no sense to resist. Makes them look bad. I own a business as well and bend over backwards to make sure my employees, end product and services please all my clients (and if we do screw up its auto apology mode times 4)

Anytime! Hopefully you recover your funds, those guys are dicks and everyone will know it now. You should give a Yelp review if they have one too, just to piss them off even more.

Took car to get my KW h.a.s. springs installed last week. They couldn't get it level at the time even though all were lowered to their max (but was ½ inch too low on front left and 1/4" too low on left rear). They said to take it home and drive it - let the springs settle. So I did and took it back on Tuesday and in the process of them leveling it out they not only cross threaded and stripped out a regular lug on the left rear wheel but they also stripped out the key on the locking lug on left front wheel. They ordered a new key set and I just picked it up a couple hours ago. No way I was going to let these guys touch my car again after what they just did... Car is still ½ inch too low on front left. Screw them - I'll adjust it myself...

Well fuuuuck me... not only did they have ALL the lug nuts cranked on so tight (I had to use a 6 foot breaker bar to get loose - torqued waaaay beyond spec!) but the key lug face on left front lug was stripped out as well!! ... so now I can't get the left front wheel off!!

I mean seriously - what kind of a fucking hack does this sort of bullshit to brand new M car?!?!

Thought I was taking to a reputable custom shop - guess I was wrong. I would not recommend Eurocharged in Cincinnati to do any work on our vehicles!

Any tips on getting one of these off without damaging your wheel or taking it to get machined off?
Reviving this thread from the dead, but do you know what your wheel lock code is?

Pretty sure we have the same one, and I just broke my key.

Below is a picture of mine.
Thanks.

Good on you for standing up. It is a royal time waster and frustrating, but someone needs to stand up and hold them accountable. I'm sure they have screwed countless people before you. Just think, if 100 customers were screwed like you, they have caused about $1 Million in damages so far!!

They need to learn business ethics, honesty, and morality. If someone stole $1k or more from you, it would be a felony and possible jail time. So why isn't his crime/actions the same thing?

BTW OP, what was the outcome of this situation?

After writing letter to Franchise owner in Texas and bombing their FB page with bad reviews they gave me full refund and reimbursed me for damaged parts and repair bill from BMW.
