Value/Selling my 650i Convertible
Currently have two verts, an 07' 911 and the 650i. Everyone says I am crazy and I should sell both and just drive one "perfect car" so I am testing the waters here:
https://www.6post.com/forums/showthr...9#post26966539 Fair price? Been offered 33k and 34k on trade so far (though did not buy what was offered). Feedback appreciated

I don't see that you say how many miles it has. If I assume it has maybe 40k miles, then your asking price is probably at the lower end of the range of what people are asking online for a 2016. I have a habit of looking at prices for any car I own for some reason so I've seen lots of ads. But since you are only asking $37+ and were offered $34 on trade, have you calculated the sales tax savings of a trade? Not sure about your sales tax situation down there.
Personally, I would not mention the coding in any ad. It's very minor, and not everybody is sophisticated or knowledgeable about such things, so it may sound to some as if the car has been tampered with. In fact, I'd probably reverse the coding to stock. Also personally, if I were a buyer the steering wheel would be a negative to me but it might be a positive to some. It's not original, it does not match any other interior surface - either the alcantara or the carbon fiber - and the piggyback shift paddles look odd. But your price is low enough somebody could get the correct wheel if that was a big deal to them. EDIT: I see now looking at your service history that I guessed the mileage pretty close. Mileage is 39,500 +/-
Front license plate is German/Euro tag, purely decoration Original steering wheel is damaged, but I still have it, planning on wrapping with this (https://************/y48p4f7p) which I have but not done yet. Paddles are simply glued on (I drive 10-2 so need the extensions to reach. Sales tax is 6% so on 34k its worth 2k. I figured coding would be understood in this forum/classified If I keep the car (which I may), I intend to wrap the fake wood trim in carbon fiber anyway. Michael
