Which Lowering Springs Are The Go-To?

I had ACS springs on my F10 550i, I loved the drop and the ride. I'm looking for a 650 GC and want to lower it slightly, kind of like the way my 550 was, nothing too much to make me high center on speed bumps or have to creep over dips diagonally, just a slight drop to add a little aggresiveness when I change the wheels.

What brand springs are the go-to for the 6 series GC's?

nothing has really changed. If you want the lowest drop, go with H&R. If you want to preserve ride quality, go with ACS.

I think the H&R handles well and looks well too ride quality changed when I took off the run flats became much smoother

This was the consensus on the 5 forums too. I just wanted to check to see if things had changed in the last 5 years. ACS it is.

Thanks.

Holy crap! I just checked the prices on the ACS springs - $1100 vs $300 for H&R's. Why are F06 springs so much more than the F10 springs?

I did the H&R and changed from the runflats, if you have the xdrive doesn’t drop as much in these as the 550 but still is a great improvement
