Sort of like a mix of spotted owl and bald eagle.
Before you ask, breaded/fried alligator nuggets taste like someone took Hoosier goo (tire chunks from the side of a race track) or scraped bubble gum from the bottom of a high school desk, dipped it in shake 'n bake, and deep fried it. Believe it or not, I used to have a regular monthly food critic column in a national magazine back in the day, and that's exactly how I described gator nuggets when I had to review them.....
