Not sure if you're a fan of Project Farm, but he tested tire pressure gauges a while
back. Based on his testing, I picked up a Jaco digital gauge and have been happy with it.

Here's the video. Hope it helps,
Bill

Any gauge that’s ASME B40.7 Grade 2A is accurate to 0.5% of span over the entire range (narrower pressure range is more accurate). For a reasonable priced gauge, that’s top spec. Above that level are scientific instruments.

If a gauge doesn’t mention their standard compliance, they’re not playing…

Project Farm is truly awesome, and I love watching his videos. But man if he doesn't sound like a Muppet.

I’ve stopped buying, or looking for tire pressure gauges since I got one from Griot’s Garage. Works well for me. Easy to check what they offer online.

I use the BMW Electric Pressure Tire Gauge, part #82-12-1-467-187. It costs $22 and sold by BMW's Amazon store.

Some repetition of recommendations above and some gauges that haven’t yet been mentioned above.

I have several gauges and they do not all read the same. Should I pick the middle reading?

Bought an Accu-Gauge 30 years ago, looks like Milton owns them (both brands/labels were tested in video above). I set tire pressure, it matches the TPMS in my BMWs and Mazdas, so good enough for me.

At least I am consistent, I recommended the same BMW gauge on that discussion. 😉

There's a difference between accurary and precision. You want something fairly accurate but highly precise.

Pretty much. Why use something that needs batteries when a good analogue tool which requires zero maintenance exists?

I bought this one in 2013 and it’s been great.

I just ordered two different brands that are supposed to be quite accurate to test out this weekend. Curious, how those compare to the bmw.

My trusty Longacre has been in my track days essentials list for over a decade and never let me down.

However, that JACO digital has me intrigued, but I do like that the Longacre will never need batteries!
