Reverse Camera moving up and down

Just like the title says, my reverse camera moves up and down when in reverse about 30-40 times in around 15 seconds, then stays steady. I'm still under warranty but I'm trying to avoid a trip to the dealer. Has anyone experienced this? I did a forum search and found nothing.

I have the same issue, happens every now and then, not every time. Curious to what it may be.

Hi, I did try to move it up and down like opening the trunk but harder, not left and right?. I examined it again, and I could see when it opened the motor didn't stop, and I could hear the motor kept trying to push up although it reached all the way up and then eventually it stops.

There's no fix other than replacing motor

Dealer replaced the motor, which fixed it for about 6 months. Went back to the dealer after the same issue started happening again and demanded they fix their mistake even though the car was now out of warranty. They replaced the entire camera at a cost of $2500 and billed it thru warranty since they weren't able to resolve the issue the first time.
