Some advise re: F12

My new blk/blk F12 has been back to the Dealer twice, this will be the 3rd time on the 4/14! The warning lights appear in the dash indicating issued with high and low beams as well as automatic high beams. This is in conjunction with tremendous uncontrollable heat coming in the foot well area or defrost region, while none of these buttons are on! I turned off automatic temp, etc! They replaced one module, but obviously this was unsuccessful.
Otherwise it seems to fine...I think! I only have 800 miles on the car and needless to say I am very disappointed. Lemon Law for NH is a possibility, but I prefer just having it fixed. Any thoughts my M6 friends?

I assume they will want to fix it too (vs replacing)... Stay strong, make sure you get a solid loaner while it's in and don't give up.

Like my friend said, make sure they make you as comfortable as possible, put you in a good loaner. They will usually go out of their way to fix it rather than be forced into finding you a replacement. Just stay on top of them and let them know you mean business.

Have them check your battery as well. I have had weird problems on my x6 and it ended up being the battery not having enough charge.
