The speaker is either blown, loose, or the outer grill is loose. I would take it to a stereo shop, I'm sure a decent one could fix it quickly. I would not want to mess with tearing down the door panel.

i hope its not blown. i doubt it can be, it sounds fine, just at high bass it sounds like there are some crumbs or some object in the door storage compartment being shaked by the bass.

i hope this shits covered by aftermarket warranty that i have

I might be mistaken, but I don't think a warranty will cover the effects of eating potato chips in yiur car.

The door panel is relatively easy to pop out from the bottom. It's just held in with snaps... You should be able to access the speaker from underneath without taking the whole thing off the door.

Yeah, maybe check to see if anything is loose, or falls out when you pull the panel out.

Extended warranty should definitely cover this.. I would take your car straight to the dealer and have them work on it.

You can totally use your extended warranty at bmw. Your extended warranty will most likely cut a check to bmw after repairs are finished. You may have to pay a deductible depending on your warranty.

FYI, this was my rear panel, but may help you if you decide to pop your front.
