Tires galore
After my pothole debacle I replaced both front tires. I kept the one without the bubble, just like I did with the rears a couple of months ago. So now I’ve got virtually new tires all around and two spares in the garage.
I know that this is a bit dorky, but the new fronts don’t have nitrogen, just plain old oxygen, so I’m going to Costco this morning to get nitrogen all around. Probably get a hot dog while I wait. Busy day. |

id give the hotdog a pass as well, save the cash you'd spend on both the nitro for the tyres and the 'dog' and head out for a nice al la carte somewhere mate |

The only time I have seen nitrogen make a difference is when it’s gets cold, like really cold and sometimes tires begin to show lower pressures on air, during one winter that didn’t happen when I had a Maxima. But I agree with Walt, it’s more of a selling scheme dealerships offer.
