BMW 640 GC Modded

Hey bro, I got Bootmod3 stage 1 93 octane, and currently running a bms intake and muffler+ resonator delete. Loving the power and shoots crazy pops but want to go stage 2 soon. Do you think that an fmic is necessary? I'm okay with buying a downpipe and charge pipe, but having to buy an fmic would make me think twice abt going stage 2.
Also, I'm looking at the vrsf catless downpipe but I dont know if I need the 3.5" or 4" version. My car is the 2015 LCI with EWG, vin ending D988624. Any help would be great, thanks!

I can't speak for this engine or model, but from an owner perspective of heavily modified cars previously, cool temps, airflow and AF mixture will get you the best possible map.

whats good bro. Dont really need the FMIC to make the stg2 run but would make a HUGE increase if added. I ran stock intercooler for a yr with stg2. Peronally i would go ER charge pipe. Hate anything from VRSF. Get the lower clamp for the downpipeas well. Its a must since its 1 time use gasket. Some reuse it but will eventually leak. While your at it change the Vband and gasket uptop for safe measures. Relatively cheap bro.

Hey bro thanks for the input!! going to go vrsf downpipe since easier to get in Australia but doing ER charge pipe.

This is one of the best maintnenece upgrades i have done on the car. If this were to snap..kiss my motor goodbye I suggest any car on this platform upgrade before a possible blow up

coolant return line that goes to the cylinder head. Known to break, snap the alternator belt and then blow the motor once the belt gets sucked in. Easy fix. $45

Out of interest, with all the mods etc.. what mpg are you getting compared to a comparable powered 650 or m6?

Havent really checked to be honest. Rarely drive the car, couple of weekends, couple of races, then its back in the garage.

Thanks to the guys at TTFS for the xdi-30 High Pressure Fuel Pump. Cost a pretty penny but well worth it!!
