Rear diffuser problem

I have recently installed a rear diffuser, and the circled part seems to be catching wind creating massive drag and flapping (flexing) up and down, I feel like if I drove fast it would rip the rear diffuser right off.

For those of you that has these style rear diffusers, do you guys have same problem? and what do you guys do to secure the center inner parts, even if I bolt them at the circle, the cutout will still catch wind

You could try sanding it down a bit with a Dremel to get a better fit. I had the same diffuser but made by vorsteiner and still had some fitment issues I had to slightly alter to make it fit perfectly.
