F06 640 GC suspension question

Hello, I have a 2013 640i GC. I would like to lower it. Not a lot, just remove some tire gap. I love the way the car rides, I am OK if it gets a little more firm, but not rough. Can I do this with just springs? If so, what brand? If not, what are your recommendations?

Thank you in advance for your information.

Regards,
Terry

I like many others have installed the Eibach springs (On my F13/640).

As others will no doubt confirm, they only give a very minor drop, maybe 10-15mm. However if thats combined with spacers it does give a nice subtle visual enhancement. The main positive from the eibachs for me is the steering feel, it feels far better.

Others have used other brands and i am sure they will chip in soon !

I just got the eibach pro 12 kit installed and love it.

Lowered a little bit and firm but not too firm.

It is always nice to see some photos of such an update to give folks a visual reference, if possible. This is a common theme on this forum and would help others out.

I installed the HR lowering springs last month. It's absolutely disgusting here in NJ so I have no good pics yet.

This F13 was my 4'th car on the row to have Eibach's and never gone wrong.

This is with 25 mm./ 20 mm. drop and the truth is a bit less. I've 'just' 19" wheels.

I'd roll with Eibach. Had them on my previous car...granted it was no BMW but it was a great set of springs. They felt firm but comfortable, handled corners confidently and didn't sag at all. I'd say that would be a very respectable choice

Lowering

Hi guys do you have any advice on how to change the rear springs. Is it possible to access the rear strut bolts by just removing the speaker or does the whole deck need to be removed? I have a 2016 gran coupe 640d

Top stock.
Bottom HR. Installed two weeks ago. I can fit two fingers between the rear wheels and the fender. I can fit one finger between the front wheels and the fender.
