Migratory Bird Laws here only count things like Dove, Ducks, Geese, etc. Introduced (by man of course) pest like Starlings, etc. can be eradicated.

We send billions each year fighting Starlings in the USA - all because some asshat wanted to have every bird Shakespeare wrote about in central park and released a pair. I hate them.

So I was just providing some advice on the finer points of the law, as far as being "balls out" I'm that guy.

Here's a list of protected birds in Canada, I believe the US of A has a similar list....

LOL - I KNEW it.

And we do. And in my state - basically anything that does not have a season is illegal to kill. BUT.....we do have nuisance laws, so any animal doing damage/harm to your property can be eliminated. In my state anyway - these are used pretty liberally. LOL
