I've never thought about how much the valve stems show on anything but silver wheels. You can start by getting some better valve caps - BMW logo or otherwise. If the stem color bothered me on those wheels I'd go to the hardware store and buy a can of spray paint - they sell some light bronze colors - or the auto parts store for the closest color match and tape off the stems good and give them a quick coat.

They are what they are. Aftermarket will be more problems than they're worth.

Hand paint color match and get gold caps to match your rivets

…or get sensors that have a black rubber stem that will match your tires. Not all TPM sensors have metal stems. When I had my winter tires mounted on a set of dedicated wheels for my f06…I went with aftermarket sensors (Discount Tire) that have regular rubber “stems” since if I needed to put air in the tires…it would be less likely to run into caps that were frozen and difficult to remove.
