Pedestrian Protection System Error

Been having this error since I bought the car, and finally I want to fix it so the error would gone.

I got two codes from ISTA:
9309B2 (Pedestrian protection system, front right. Resistance too high)
9309B7 (Pedestrian protection system, rear left. Resistance too high)

But I cannot find the sensors on the said location, and all I see is just four pyro units in my engine bay (two sensors on the bonnet latches and the two sensors on the bonnet hinges)

I looked realoem and it shows two types of sensors for the PPS, one is the fiber optic behind the front bumper 65769318776, and the other one just says sensor 65779241032 that doesnt look like the pyro unit.

So can anyone help me to point me in the right direction to replace the sensors?

Thanks
Ricky

I take it you are not in the USA since they are not required or provided here. The unit resistance from what I know can't be individually measured (at least I have not found the information in the technical details). The information just shows a signal+ voltage supply connection and a signal - connection.

Nominal values:
The pedestrian protection sensor is supplied with voltage from the Crash Safety Module (ACSM). Data are transferred across a two-wire connection.

Observe the following nominal values for the pedestrian protection sensor:
Variable Value
Voltage range 5 to 12 V
Temperature range -40 to 105 deg C

This might not help a lot but is all I could dig up

I get the front code when it is raining really hard. Then it clears itself in an hour or two after the rain stops. Seriously. Not sure if it is the same as yours.

have you tried spaying some type of light oil or silicon (WD40 or so) on the contact to see if it is moister related?

yea i'm not in the USA, and I noticed the US market doesnt have this option.
I guess it's better for me to just find a shop who can do the coding to disable the function

mine shows every time I start the car. And it's kinda annoying to see the warning stays on the cluster
