Aftermarket Blind Spot Monitor for 2013 650i
I have a 2013 650i convertible that does not have a blind spot monitoring system. I would like to have one installed. Does anyone know of one that will work on a 650i? I expect to have it professionally installed. Thank you.

Have never seen this question asked before. I'll be curious if you get any responses or how well aftermarket systems work.

If no one has any suggestion or knowledge of an aftermarket set up…may I suggest that you upgrade to aspherical (wide angle) mirrors that are offered in the Euro market.
You can usually pick them up searching the Euro sellers from Latvia/Lithuania/Germany tend to pop up a lot. What you get (if you’re not used to them) is an extended visual with a convex/wide angle mirror design. It’s like having a slightly better version of your passenger mirror on both sides of the vehicle. They just pop out/pop in…with simple connections for the heated feature and auto dimming feature. You can see the additional areas visible in both wide angle mirrors in the pics below when compared to the original plain & convex mirrors:
