2010 BMW 650i E63 Catalytic Converter fail code

\2010 BMW Auto 650i coupe
I am getting fail codes on Catalytic converter.. also on BanK 2 up and down on the O2.
Do you think it is the Cat or the O2 sensors?
or something else. ?

This is actually the 2012 and later forum - the F series. For some unknown reason there is no E series 6 forum here. But someone may still know the answer.
