It's normal for turbo vehicles to burn a little oil. That seems in spec to me. I add a litre about every 8000 miles as well, nothing to worry about.

Curious oil indicator
Today I was running the car during 15/20 minutes and I check the oil and I see almost max level just below the max level.
And at the end of the day the car stayed 30 minutes off and after 20 minutes again running the car through city and speedway and I see only one bar up the low level.
Curious is my sensor oil in default or not?
Any thoughts?

If you are not getting a consistent reading, it would be advisable to change the oil level sensor at the next oil change. Since we do not have dipsticks, it is not worth taking a chance. If you miss a low oil pressure alarm that could be costly. (This is of course assuming you were on a "perfectly" level surface when the readings were taken)

Like I said above yesterday I ran 20 minutes, I launch an oil level and I got almost max just below the max.
I come back at home after 20 minutes I let the car about 25/30 minutes I ran again for 20 minutes I go back at home I let the car 20 minutes and I launch an oil level and I got just above the low level.
Very curious no?

It is very easy when you are changing your oil (you do have to drain the oil).

The only other (not likely scenario ) reason is that you have so much sludge that is is plugging the rundown (oil return passages) to the crank case. This is HIGHLY unlikely. The only thing that measures the oil level is that sensor. If you end up overfilling the engine because of a bad indication, you could damage the engine. Needless to say that a false OK level can also mean that the oil level is too low. I would STRONGLY advise against taking any chance $$$$$$ of damaging your engine and change the oil level sensor.

If it's not the oil sensor my problem what it could be?
The oil level warning is only when you're stop with the car or when you're running?
Cause me it's only when I am running with car.
Last time at 165000 kms the oil level warning asks me 1 liter, I add only 2x 1/4l and the level was almost at max.
