The Infamous, wow so a 2 door M6 bodykit can fit on the gran coupe? Is it a direct bolt on or was there any modifications needed? That's what I've been looking for! There's like no info on google about it at all. What parts would I need to change from my stock 640i to get the M6 OEM kit to fit? Thanks in advance, your help is greatly appreciated

^^^ i didn't install the kit. it was done by Studie (a tuning shop) located in Japan, it's their shop/demo car.
as far as i kno, there wont b any major modifications needed since the kit is oem. they hav access 2 the parts.
fyi the m6 n m-sport rear bumper n sides r the exact same, all u need is an m6 diff.
as 4 fenders, it looks like the f12/f13 fenders r a direct fit. same goes 4 the front bumper.

that bein said, u basically need:
- m6 front bumper
- m6 fenders
- m6 sideview mirrors
- m-sport side skirts
- m-sport rear bumper + m6 diffuser

The M6 body kit looks amazing!! Except the exhaust tips... looks like they don't belong there..

And I think basically all cars look better when lowered around 1"!
For those of you who think it ruins the ride, you have obviously never used coilovers or high quality springs, just like Ice350 described. Yes it will probably make the ride a little bit worse, but it won't go from a Rolls Royce to a GT2 RS just by lowering it.

Would anybody know if the spoiler on that car is the actual OEM F12/F13 M6 spoiler? Thanks a lot.

The kit gives it a clean yet aggressive look. Any pics of the car with the kit and the Advan rims?

I called KW and they said there are no coil overs for the GC. Do you have a part number? Did you use the regular coupe version? If so, did it require any modding or what?

Hows the ride on the KW's?

Thanks!

It's a good combo but I would adivse you to go with Ivory white interior with fine line oak.

Nice job with the conversion. I plan to do the same on a 640i coupe. i have a question about the lights in the front bumper. How do you overcome the error of burned light in the dashboard ?

I'm sure that once you remove them, the car will light up some errors.

Also, the front fenders are a must to change ? I dont want to change the fenders only for the turn signal design.

Thank you

I'd be interested to know how it drives on the KW's as well, I'm looking to improve the control of my GC , I'm not a big fan of just changing the springs on their own, and had V3's on my e46 m3 which improved it significantly, I'm tempted to invest in another set.
