Upgrading turbos, what else do I need to upgrade?

So long story short, drivetrain malfunction came up. Went to dealership and an independent mechanic. Both said turbos have play. Decided to just upgrade to pure stage 1 turbos. What else do I need to upgrade?

I’m going to tune and downpipe my car as well. I’m also looking going to upgrade my spark plugs and ignition coils, if anyone can provide links to what they use for these, that would be great.

I also heard the stock waste gate actuator doesn’t work with the upgraded turbo?

Is there anything else that I need to upgrade besides the things mentioned? Thanks!

Maybe upgrade the MAP Senor to run more boost.
